The Regional Office of Education #4 (ROE4) serves educators, students, families, and communities across Boone and Winnebago Counties. We support more than 100 public schools in 13 districts — impacting over 60,000 students. Our mission is to advocate, educate, and serve by providing leadership, professional learning, student services, and operational support that help schools thrive.
