Paraprofessional Testing (ACT WorkKeys)
Take the first step toward your career as a paraprofessional

To become a paraprofessional in the state of Illinois, you must hold a Paraprofessional Educator License (PARA). If you do not have an associate degree or 60 credit hours from a regionally accredited school, you will need to pass the WorkKeys Paraprofessional Exam as part of the licensing process.

-
A score of 4 or higher is required to pass each section.

Each section begins with a 10-minute tutorial and two practice questions.
-
A four-function calculator is provided for the math section.
