Regional Court Services
Guiding students back to school and opportunity
When absenteeism cases escalate to court due to truancy petitions or educational neglect proceedings, ROE4’s Regional Court Services team provides essential support.
Our Attendance and Court Interventionists work to reduce absenteeism and legal risk by serving as a critical link between students, families, schools, and the judicial system. Their goal is to help students successfully return to education and reintegrate into school life.

Services include:
-
Structured accountability through attendance monitoring and follow-up
-
Wraparound support for students and families facing challenges
-
Collaborative planning with schools and community agencies
-
Court presence and documentation to ensure compliance with court-mandated requirements
Through this balanced approach, we focus on both meeting legal obligations and removing barriers to student success, so students can get back on track toward graduation.
