The Regional Office of Education #4 (ROE4) provides a wide range of services, support, and professional development to educators, schools, and families across Boone and Winnebago Counties.

We offer expert-led school improvement services, ongoing professional development opportunities for educators, and a fully equipped testing center for GED, licensure, and certification exams.

At ROE4, we believe that when we support educators and empower students, entire communities grow stronger.

From tackling chronic absenteeism through targeted attendance intervention to helping students thrive through alternative education at Summit Academy, ROE4 is committed to meeting the evolving needs of our region.

Our office also supports the educator workforce through streamlined licensure assistance, background fingerprinting services, and clear guidance every step of the way.
