The Regional Office of Education #4 and the Illinois Retired Teacher’s Association are excited to host four, unique and informative sessions for educators within their final two years before retirement! Our goal is to provide you with the support you need as you prepare for retirement! Each session focuses on a specific content area impacting educator retirees. Attend them all, or choose the specific session(s) addressing the information you need!

Planning for a Well-Balanced Retirement - Presenter: Christy Schweitzer - 4-4:30pm - This engaging session will help teachers prepare mentally and emotionally as they navigate the psychological shift that occurs when they transition from their careers into retirement. Participate in a guided discovery to find new purposes and joys beyond teaching.
