School Improvement Planning Workshop Series

Day 1 - Understanding Your Accountability Data & Early SIP Implementation 

Participants will unpack the redesigned accountability system, understanding what it means for their school's data and summative designation. Teams will explore key indicators, analyze their own data, and begin (or continue) identifying priority areas and goals to guide continuous improvement. The session also addresses early implementation of the SIP, helping teams identify the systems and monitoring practices needed to keep improvement efforts aligned and accountable from the outset. Participants will leave with a clearer read on their data and a stronger sense of what to watch for as implementation gets underway.
