Day 2 - Midyear Reflection & Quarterly Review: Data, Root Cause, and Renewed Priorities 

The morning centers on a midyear reflection and quarterly review of the SIP: participants will examine progress-monitoring practices, analyze evidence of implementation and impact, and identify opportunities for adjustment as they move into the second half of the year. In the afternoon, teams will connect that reflection back to their accountability data and summative designation results, using structured protocols to identify priority areas and develop or refine actionable goals. Participants leave with a clear view of what's working, what needs to change, and a strengthened set of priorities to carry forward.
