9th Annual Educators’ Summit: Awareness in Action

Each day, participants will attend a series of four in-person sessions presented by subject matter experts. Topics will include domestic violence, teen dating violence in students with disabilities, sextortion and generative AI, restorative practices, addressing trauma at the elementary level, teen strangulation, and human trafficking. Participants will have the ability to engage with interactive self-care stations and network with local service providers.

All educators, in-school professionals, social service agency staff, nurses, social workers, counselors, and other allied professionals are welcome to attend!

Free PDCs are available for certified educators and will be issued following a completed sign-in and evaluation. Please note that PDCs will be distributed in half-day increments.

Free CEUs are available and provided by Rosecrance for nurses, social workers, and counselors following a completed sign-in and evaluation.

Opening remarks will begin at 9:00 am. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early for sign-in, parking, and seating.
