Community Network Anchor Collaborative Meeting #4

Join us at Kishwaukee College for the fourth convening of the Community Network Anchor initiative. This regional effort is working to bring together schools, health providers, and community partners to improve access to mental health, public health, and social supports for children, youth, and families. This meeting will be an opportunity to connect parents, caregivers, and youth with school leaders, health providers, and community stakeholders to strengthen these relationships in order to improve system-wide efficiency. This fourth meeting will continue developing the collective mission across these nine counties while centering the family and youth voice as central partners to shape solutions: Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Winnebago, Boone, Carroll, Ogle, Lee, Whiteside, and DeKalb. There will be an online Zoom option available for participants to attend.
