AM Session: Metrics to Meaning: School Report Card Data & Strategy Workshop

The preview for the 2025 Illinois School Report Card via MyIRC Educator opens October 1. Designed to give a comprehensive view of your school's performance across multiple measures, understanding report card metrics and sometimes feel overwhelming. This session will equip you with the tools to interpret your data strategically and translate insights into actionable improvement plans. Among other things, we will review how to:

• Access and “make sense” of data available through I-WAS and MyIRC
• How to “benchmark” your school’s performance in comparison to schools with similar size and demographics, etc. 
• Tips for effectively communicating findings to staff, parents, and community
