Community Network Anchor Collaborative Meeting #1

Join the Regional Office of Education #4 virtually on Zoom for our first regional convening as we launch the Community Network Anchor initiative. This is a regional effort designed to bring together schools, health providers, and community partners to improve access to mental health, public health, and social supports for children, youth, and families. This is an opportunity for schools, providers, and community stakeholders to begin partnering across systems to improve access and coordination. Our first virtual session will focus on establishing the groundwork for our collective mission across these nine counties: Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Winnebago, Boone, Carroll, Ogle, Lee, Whiteside, and DeKalb.
