The Breakthrough Coach (TBC) is an education training and coaching firm dedicated to developing the executive skills of school administrators and their secretaries. The Breakthrough Coach program is research-based with a 25-year track record of:

• Multiplying the time instructional leaders spend observing classrooms

• Decreasing administrators' total work hours

• Improving student outcomes

• Increasing administrator satisfaction and retention

TBC clients are typically talented, high-performers working under multiple pressures. They log long hours, yet are unable to find time during the day for classroom observations and instructional coaching. They are committed to improving student outcomes, but often find themselves distracted from their goals. Many are suffering from health problems, burnout and low morale, and their districts know they are at risk of losing some of their best and brightest leaders.

TBC addresses this situation by teaching administrative teams how to apply executive management practices to running a school’s or department’s front office – practices that enable administrators to:

• Spend two full days each week observing classroom instruction

• Maintain a sensible workload

• Achieve fulfilling professional and personal lives

By developing themselves as School Executives, Breakthrough Coach Graduates are able to provide effective instructional leadership, improve student outcomes, and successfully manage their own well-being, all at the same time.
