Using Student Growth Data from Diverse Populations in Teacher Performance Evaluation - AA 4114
This course offers content that satisfies the Student Growth Component for Teacher Evaluator retraining.
This program is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively evaluate student growth as part of teacher performance evaluations. The course focuses on addressing implicit bias, differentiating for equity, and coaching teachers more deeply, aligning with the four core competencies outlined in the Part 50 Administrative Rules (50.420) for Teacher Evaluators.
This is one of the Teacher Evaluator Student Growth academies that needs to be taken for Retraining of Teacher Evaluators. This AA must be paired with AA 1801, or one of the other approved Professional Practice academies to fulfill the entire retraining requirement. Course credit = 1 AA or 6 PDCs.
