Sharpening My TIP: One Interaction at a Time
A critical part of working with people is realizing and understanding that everyone we meet has a story. Not only do they have a story, but their story and past experiences create their behavior and habits. If those behaviors and habits don’t mesh with ours we may take their behavior personally which causes our anger and dysregulation to rise.
In this course, we will learn the “HOW TO” work with others who may show different behaviors than we expect. We will practice curiosity instead of judgment and leave with the perspective to do all we can to team with the Collective Responsibility around us to help kids soar.
