They may provide training opportunities, share best practices, and promote advocacy for student well-being, ensuring a cohesive approach to supporting school communities.

Teacher Evaluator Retraining Using Student Growth Data in Professional Evaluations - AA #3000

REQUIRED Student Growth RETRAINING course for evaluators who are renewing their designations required to evaluate teachers.
 
Participants will learn how to:
• Use assessments and measurement models to determine student growth.
• Use data from the evaluation rubric, other evidence collected and best practices relative to student growth to link teacher professional development plans to evaluation results.
• Create targeted professional development plans to school improvement goals.
• Communicate evaluation outcomes and findings that enable teachers to set goals and improve practice.
 

You must attend the entire session to receive credit for this course.

By cultivating a supportive environment, the network aims to address challenges, celebrate achievements, and promote impactful, evidence-based practices.
