Have an introductory understanding of restorative practices and want to incorporate the concept of repairing harm in your school community?

Through case studies, group discussions, and role-playing exercises, you will gain practical strategies for repairing harm and restoring relationships. You will learn about the principles of accountability, empathy, and restitution in addressing harm caused by conflict or misconduct. By the end of this session, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to effectively address harm and conflict in a restorative manner, promoting a culture of accountability and empathy in their school community. Target Audience: Teachers, Substitute Teachers, Paraprofessionals, School Administrators, Behavioral Interventionists, Social Workers, and Counselors!
