This comprehensive course is designed to explore the critical elements of educator engagement and the significant impact of mental health on teaching efficacy and job satisfaction. Aimed at educators and school leaders at all levels, this course provides insights into what causes an educator to emotionally disengage from their work, the impact on their personal selves, and what they can do to heal in order to re-engage in the important work.

This is a self-paced online course. Participants must complete ALL required coursework within 60 days to receive 6 PDHs. Partial PDHs will not be awarded. Enrollment registration fee is non-refundable!
