Community Circles - AM Session

Looking to be informed about restorative practices to improve community in your classroom?

You will be introduced to the concept of community circles and how they can be utilized as a powerful tool in restorative practices. You will explore the purpose and benefits of community circles, which provide a safe space for open communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution among students and staff. Through interactive exercises and role-playing scenarios, you will learn how to facilitate community circles effectively, create a sense of belonging and trust within the school community, and address issues in a restorative and collaborative manner.

By the end of this session, participants will build skills and confidence to implement community circles as a regular practice in their school community. Target Audience: Teachers, Substitute Teachers, Paraprofessionals, School Administrators, Behavioral Interventionists, Social Workers, and Counselors!
