I understand and agree to the following ATTENDANCE AGREEMENT: Distribution of Official Evidence of Completion (PDC) form following completion of course and submission of evaluation verified by ROE records constitutes attendance for full credit. 1 PDC = 1 Hour Of Completed Class Time. PDC certificate link is provided onscreen after submission of the evaluation.
