Principal/Teacher Evaluation Retraining: Using Student Growth Data in Professional Evaluations - AA #3000
REQUIRED Student Growth RETRAINING course for teacher and administrator evaluators who are renewing their designations required to evaluate educators.
Participants will learn how to:
• Use assessments and measurement models to determine student growth.
• Use data from the evaluation rubric, other evidence collected and best practices relative to student growth to link teacher/principal professional development plans to evaluation results.
• Create targeted professional development plans to school improvement goals.
• Communicate evaluation outcomes and findings that enable teachers/principals to set goals and improve practice.
You must attend the entire session to receive credit for this course.
Participants MUST be visible on video and have functioning audio throughout the entire class time (excluding lunch/breaks) to receive credit for this course.
Participants must use PC or laptop and stable internet (cell phone not suitable for this course).
