PLEASE NOTE...NEW EVENT FORMAT!! The Purposeful Physical Education session was designed to help teachers understand how to adopt a standards-based approach in their teaching and create learning experiences that will support the lifelong development of physical literacy. Participants leave this session with a stronger sense of the purpose of their physical education program and a roadmap that will empower them to achieve it.
Participants will be provided access to the presenter's self-paced, virtual course on 6/20 and will engage in this content from that time until noon on Wednesday, 6/22. On Wednesday, 6/22 from 1pm - 4pm, participants MUST attend an in-person debrief, application, and networking conversation and CPR/AED resource training at the ROE 4 Office, 300 Heart Blvd, Loves Park, IL 61111.

The registration fee includes enrollment into the Purposeful Physical Education self-paced, virtual course, which will include the workshop's resources and video. Finally, participants will receive CPR training and access to local community CPR & AED resources at the event. Access to the course content for an additional 30 days will also be granted to participants.
About the presenter: Joey Feith is the founder of ThePhysicalEducationTeacher.com. Since 2010, he has been helping physical educators elevate their teaching practice through innovative ideas, resources, and professional development experiences. As an award-winning physical educator, Joey prides himself on being able to build authentic connections with teachers.
