Level Up Literacy: Making the Most Out of K-5 Literacy Centers (2)

Do you find managing literacy centers in your classroom stressful?  Do you have students remain in one spot for the whole literacy block because it’s easier to maintain?  Are you unsure of what activities are most effective?  This workshop will demonstrate that  movement between centers can decrease behaviors when implemented with effective routines and procedures.  Brain research also shows that movement is vital in boosting student achievement. Finally, we will discuss the most impactful center activities that will not add up to busy work for you or your students.

This is a self-paced online course.  Participants must complete ALL required coursework within 60 days in order to receive 5 PDCs. Partial PDCs will not be awarded.
